Any smoothie recipes that can hold minumum 500 calories in one cup. I have restriction on carbs proteins or fats, but if possible, keep added sugar to a minimum. Thank you!

    8 oz olive oil is probably the most calorie dense drink you could get, but it'll be hard to get down.

    In any case, fats are how you get calorie density. Straight up oil, avocado, nuts. Add to whatever you normally like to drink until you hit the calorie goal you want.
