  • Pinterest has everything you need to know about it.
  • I am on the generic of Lipitor. I tested high in June, and go back for retesting this week. I went off my RX because of the cost, and I felt I was controlling it with diet and exercise. I guess I wasn't. I would rather take the RX than die from a heart attack. I want to be around to see my grand children.
  • RoxiM2016 what is "a takeaway"
  • Vanilla shakeology with 1/2 tsp peanut butter, cup of almond milk and cup of baby spinach.
  • What is the calorie count per serving on this? I usually do mine without any crust at all and use liquid eggs.
  • I was in your shoes a year ago. If you have an Aldi Grocery store in your area--this is where you should be doing 90% of your shopping. In the Orlando area, I have found the produce last LONGER, the house brands are very good (some better than name brand). Anyways, as far as low-budget meals--anything you can stretch with…
  • Kimberly, can you give an example of your typical breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Great job losing the 40 pounds--that is my goal as well.
  • I was down 17, but gained back 10 because I had some health issues. So i feel like I am starting over again. My goal is to lose, and keep off 40 pounds.
  • Grilled chicken thighs brushed with Heinz 57 Sauce. Probably green beans as the side dish.
  • If your tyroid is low, will it show up when you go for routine bloodwork? I have my bloodwork done every 6 months so they can monitor my cholestrol. Will it show in that type of bloodwork.
  • I weigh every morning after my walk. Get up at 5:15, have one cup coffee. Get that all out, then I start walking around 6:15. I come in, pee again, remove all my clothing and then weigh--then head to the shower.
  • Hi, I am 4'10 and 1/4---got to get that 1/4 inch in there. Have struggled with my weight for years. Currently working on losing 40 pounds, my heaviest was 165 and I finally put my foot down. It is a struggle, but I am trying.
  • Where else can you get frozen 4 ounce ahi tuna steaks for about $2 a steak. The produce last longer than Publix or Winn Dixie too.

  • They are awesome, consistently less expensive (I save a minimum of $40/month shopping there). Quality products, and if you buy something you didn't like, they have a money back guarantee. They also run really great specials--where else can you get huge chicken thighs for $.45/pound, and boneless rib-eyes for $5.99/pound. I…

  • If you want something low in calories and that actually tastes good, try Newman's Own Sesame Ginger. It is only 35 calories--and has many uses, not just for salad dressing.
  • I actually love it as well and have had great results. Feel better as well. To each his own....
  • You can add me. My overall goal is 40 pounds, working toward me first 15 (again). From 9/2015 to 2/2016 I lost 15, but put on 8 pounds recently after having health issues. Now I am back on track--got the first 3 of the 8 back off...15 pounds on me is a good two pant sizes---so looking forward to new clothes soon. How do…
  • I will join, but mine will need to be no drinking Monday-Thursday (No beer for me) and not as much on Friday-Sunday. I need to cut back so I can loose more weight. The empty calories are killing me.
  • That was easy--just changed mine to track 3 different types of snacks (Mid morning, afternoon, and after dinner)
  • I know this isn't salad--however, I make a crustless quiche of some kind every Sunday morning so I can have a slice with my lunch. Most of my slices average around 100 calories (I cut my quiche into 4 slices). I consistently use 1 cup of egg substitute (no all egg whites), a 4 ounce can of mushrooms, a cup of some kind of…
  • Hello Jessica, welcome. Keep up the good work, you can make it to 135 with hard work and dedication.
  • So who is this "woman" that beat you up about your HDL? My company also provides substantial discounts for bio screening assessments, in fact, it is free of charge once a year. This year when I went, the technician tried to measure me with my clothes on, and was trying to take a waist measurement across my rib cage--until…
  • Salsa mixed with a little non-fat greek yogurt, little bit of packaged ranch dressing (less than a 1/4 tsp) thinned just a little with fat free milk--really yummy For a non-creamy and really low cal, try Newman's Own Seseme Ginger--great on bland rice too.
  • "What Oatmeal? Real Oatmeal or the crap that's loaded with added sugars? One of these is great the other is a boat load of empty carbs." Real oatmeal--
  • What are the names of the two grocery stores--this should be stopped and management should be made aware of it.
  • Do MFP--same process as weight watchers, but easier. If you stay at your recommended calorie intake and continue with exercise, you will loose as much or more weight than WW--and not have to pay for it.
  • The one I am having for lunch is only 251 calories. Strawberry/Banana and it looks good. Hope it taste as good. I have started to get a little bored with the same ole light things for lunch, so wanted to try something new. Here is my recipe, I did not put the fruit into it, doing that at lunch: 0.50 cup fresh strawberries…
