Quitting is easy. Most smokers do it weekly myself included. I finally quits for good 10 years ago after smoking 2 packs a day for 15 years. The problem with smoking is that each smoker has programmed triggers to smoke normal events like during and after a meal, before bed, with a morning coffee, while drinking, while…

I wouldn't be any more concerned about injuring yourself then when lifting traditional weights. Don't go too heavy to fast and you should be fine. One important…

Well I'm 5 feet 9 inches and have been eating between 1200 and 1400 calories for the last 2 months. My height and weight is accurate in my profile. And I am listed as 42 year old male not a 12 years old girl. Not sure why MFP had my calories so low but I'm glad for the extra food. I have been struggling with my meals.…

Hip bridges either single leg or both. Add a weight plate or resistance bands or add a pause at the top with a concentrated flex. Great excercise for increased muscle and stamina for cycling.

I found a great, inexpensive DVD titled you are your own gym by Mark Lauren. It shows some great body weight excercise you can do at home in 20 minutes using your own body as resistance.
