Last 10 pounds AGAIN

Stuck trying to lose my last 10 pounds AGAIN!! Eating a balanced diet and losing weight always goes well until.i getbto thise last 10 pounds. My weight loss plateaus and no amount of excercise or calorie counting seems to help. Any Suggestions would be appreciated.

    This is kind of my current situation though I am on the last 10 KILOS which is a bit more. Starring to hopefully get some answers...

    Doesnt look like anyone has any advice. if you find a resource keep me posted. I cant seem to get to my goal.

    It comes down to the basics when you are close to your goal.

    Weight loss can be .5 lbs a week or less.

    You need less calories as you lose weight. Reassess your goal on MFP. Depending on your stats you may be eating close to maintenance.

    Now is the time when all your logging education comes to the fore.

    Weigh and measure every little thing that passes your lips. Double check the entries to make sure you are using the correct one. The USDA is a base to check with.

    Do you have an unlogged cheat day/meal? Log it. It can make a big difference in your expectations.

    Eat back your exercise calories. 50-75%if using MFP, or determine the accuracy of the device you are using.

    It is all down to patience and diligence for the last few lbs/kilo.
