I eat overnight oats, premier protein shakes or an atkins bar for breakfasts because it's convenient at work. Don't know if these contain some of the stuff you listed, though.

1/4 cup oats 1/4 cup greek yogurt 1/4 cup water 1/2 tsp chia seeds frozen fruit on top stick in fridge til morning. Sometimes I add PB2. Quaker Oats website has several recipes.

I did WW and liked it a lot, but this is free and just as good. I did them both for several weeks at the same time to compare. I'm sticking with MFP because it's free.

I smoked at least a pack a day for 20 years. I quit over 10 years ago. I wanted to quit because I was starting to feel the damage it was doing to my health. I ended up in the hospital and couldn't breathe and I just KNEW it was cancer! It wasn't, it was pneumonia, thank goodness, so that's when I quit. That really scared…

It sounds like you are doing great. Try to ignore her and be patient, some people talk that way because they think it's motivating. Just stick with it! Great job on 18 lbs!!

I'm just starting CLX, I'm glad i found this group. I did the first workout this morning. I'm doing C25k 3 days per week, and plan to do CLX on the other days.

I'm 5'1 and MFP has me on 1200 a day, I thought that was normal for short people. I put down sedentary since I have a desk job.

I tried the ZR 5K training but didn't like it. Instead I ran the Zen labs C25k app along with Zombie's Run missions. worked together great.

I'm on S3 M51. I walk and run during the missions. I haven't run much since last summer because of a foot injury, and I'm trying to get back on track! I'd love to do a weekly challenge! I need the motivation.
