  • A cup of fresh raspberries and a vanilla pudding.
  • Never happened to me. I have days when I crave calorie dense foods(sometimes it's healthy stuff like almonds, some other times it's chocolate or ice cream) and times when I crave carbs(pasta, bread, potatoes) but I can never eat big quantities.
  • It's a bad habit you'll have to get rid off eventually. But meanwhile you could try and make it hurt your diet less. When you wake up instead of eating chocolate or a banana, how about you drink a glass of water and eat something low in calories like some veggies(radishes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber with a bit of salt)?…
  • It depends how much you were drinking in the first place. Most people who are avid soda drinkers and quit it(without replacing those calories w/o anything else) end up losing a significant amount of weight, but it would help you even more if you'd try and have a healthy diet overall.

  • If you're gonna eat out you might as well indulge a little! :) One bad meal won't ruin your diet, just like one good meal won't make you healthy and thin. Just don't over do it, a 3k calories meal WILL hurt your diet. My advice is to fill up on some veggies before leaving, something fulling like broccoli or radishes. This…

  • I think it would help you if you'd plan your meals better. You should try and have something from breakfast even if it's not much and keep lunch and dinner moderate and around the same time every day. Also and more importantly: eat a lot of low cal stuff with lots of fiber(helps you keep fuller for longer). Veggies like…
  • Snacking onto something when you're not hungry doesn't necessarily have to ruin your diet. How about instead of snacking onto that ice cream you snack on some white radishes with a bit of salsa? Just find some low-cal options and start from there  .
  • I've been missing my period for the last few months, but I remember I used to always be in the mood for chocolate a few days before getting it.
  • For me portions have never been a problem, either being junk food or a salad but I'll try and give ya some advice anyways. Drink tons of water since a lot of people mistake thirst for hunger and before you actually eat your main meal eat something like a salad, especially radishes. You'll feel up on low cal veggies so this…
  • First of all, eating disorders aren't something you self diagnose. Just because you're eating is really bad doesn't mean you have an eating disorder. Second, no one could do anything about your food diary. People don't always log everything for different reasons.
  • I had a big *kitten* tomato and cucumber salad with grilled chicken.
  • When I go out with family I just order something I like and eat a moderate portion. I think enjoying yourself is also really important for your mental health. There's no need to make a big deal out of it, one bad meal won't ruin your diet on the long run. But remember this: having a few pizza slices and a salad OR a slice…
  • I'll try eating normally and if my period doesnt come back in lets say a month or two I'll go see a specialist. Thanks for sharing :).
  • Thank you, I actually had 80g of chocolate yesterday and still ate dinner! Small victories  .
  • Thank you so much!! <3 This actually helps me! Seeing weight on the scale doesn't necessarily mean its fat, I need o write that down and put it next to my scale  .
  • Thanks for the recommendation, it's kinda what I'm trying to do but I think I tried to add too much too fast. 100 cal more every week seems a bit too much, I'll 50 without being to restrictive. I mean I'll try to hit 1,350 and if I'm a LITTLE it behind or above that I won't freak out. :) Yes my goal is to gain muscle! I'm…
  • Thank you, this reply helps
  • Hehe thank you, I'll try doing that!
  • Ive already said I'm 160 cm/ 5'2 feet. 2,5k calorie a day sounds crazy, I'm struggling to hit 1,3-1,4k calories and I already eat more than I feel like I need. Also I don't wanna gain weight as in fat. I'm happy with how I look, I just want to be more fit and strong overall. ;) I know I can eat carbs. I do post workout and…
  • If you have 'little snacks' too often it will add up so ye you should log it. For me it depends: somedays I log everything(from that small bite I took from someone's apple, to every tea and the lemon slice I added in my water glass - I just like to see jt there) . Sometimes I don't bother logging stuff that are like below…
  • The calorie MFP says you burned doing exercise are often wrong. I don't bother eating back my exercise calories, I simply set my lifestyle as 'active' instead. Different people burn a different amount of calories doing the same exercise, you can't really be exact about this. I've heard a lot of people saying that you…
  • I've always found Starbucks-like beverages gross so that's an easy one for me. I usually like my coffee black but sometimes I'll have a cappuccino or caffee macchiatto(just a bit of steamed milk, i guess its like 10 calories). When I'm home if I don't feel like having it black I'll add some low fat milk and some…
  • I found that pre logging my main meals makes it easier. I can't know everything I feel like eating tomorrow, but I usually know what my main meals will consist of and that gives me a pretty good idea of how my calorie intake will look like.
  • Do you weight everything you log? If you don't you should start doing so. Also just because something is heathy for you doesn't mean it's good for weight loss: almonds are really healthy, same with olive oil but they're both also quite high on calories. My motto is if you're gonna be on a diet at least be serious about it.…
  • Me and my brother are like that. We used to have(and still do) entite boxes of chocolate pralines but we'd never eat too many or finish an entire chocolate on our own. We just don't feel like it, my body wants something sweets and once it gets it it's happy. However for some people it's not the same. I tried to help others…
  • A chocolate coated marshmallow. Why? Because it was someone birthday. Before that I had a 3 egg whites omellete with cheese and roma tomatoes. Because it tastes great, I need the protein and it's easy and fast enough to make in busy mornings. Also coffee because I'm an addict :D
  • Because they have sugars and fast releasing carbs. Fruits are essential in a healthy diet imo, but in a moderate quantity. Veggies gives you a lot of the stuff fruits do, but at a lower 'cost'(less calories). If you're trying to lose weight it's better to stick to slow releasing carbs and avoid high-sugar fruits like…
  • It's easier said than done.
