Awesome ... undoubtedly, you'll get a boatload of opinions and thoughts, but many folks should be suggesting that you begin with working an established lifting program and eating at a slight surplus. This thread (linked) has a list of quite few programs, many of which are quite popular and/or effective, and it could be a…

Did you break the last one, or was there an escape?

Ah, so I see that group has been shut-down... ... I wonder why

I'm not admitting to anything, but I was kinda surprised by how people that I thought I 'knew" were actually behaving; it might actually have been better to NOT be a member of any such group (if one did, in fact, exist)

Sadly, it appears as though the MFP Community Guidelines do not recognize Dissociative Identity Disorder and emphasize only the person; not the personalities...
-
IMHO, the "best" part about the secret groups thing is that it's a wonderful way to monetize your MFP account. Work your way into as many private groups as possible to increase the sales price of your account. I find "secret group" memberships to be significantly more valuable than large friend lists when selling an MFP…

Yeah, there's a super-secret bird-loving group, but it may not be what you think...
-
Sure they do -- you can see your total number of woos here: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/profile/notifications , but you'll need MFP Premium to find who's using your threads and in which groups.

My understanding of the "Woo" was to mark and quantify that an individual's post had been copied and was currently being ridiculed in a private group. Is my understanding incorrect?

A little harsh, but if you bubble it through some clear, well-distilled spirits ...

oh? Am I reading this as a need / desire for the Swanny to match-you-up with some creepy old man?
-
Your Wife has asked to keep that in her private group to facilitate the pic exchanges. @SwannySez , you did me right last time around, but @Bullet_with_Butterfly_Wings would prolly appreciate someone better aligned with her interests and needs (she has been a great sport & deserves far better)

One of the things that might help with a "beginner" hill is looking at the base elevation and total hike distance ... Something like Mt Bross (14.177), you can park at 11,400 (timberline), and the walk from there might be 4 miles; nothing technical, but fully exposed. So an 8-mile above treeline hike where it's easy to see…

Seeing and accepting where you are is a great thing, and planning to move forward is even better. I'm here to help, as is everyone else... Rock on!

How ya doin', @pudgy1977 ?

yummy

a cougar?

I think I'm mostly odd ... like #1, #3, #5, & #7. Well those, and I'm just creepy
-
Yeah, but that's something quite different (though similarly nice, I'll admit)
-
@pudgy1977 How' ya holding up with all the weather and life stresses? (How can we help?)

These work pretty well for pit-out storage (2-3 days max), especially if you moisten the flat side with lime juice (lemon would also work, but to me lime juice is more 'related" to the avocado). This is the one I have now, but there are quite a few others; all of which emulate the "tightly wrapping the unused portion in…

A can of Pringles (Salt & Vinegar) and a 'fiver' can change the world (for some)

   Why, thank you lover, but you remember that we talked that I was only gonna be in town for the weekend and I only use "Pudgie" when I'm 'dressed'... (I'm a bit shy about that; kinda shame that you felt the need to out me on a public forum; I must'a been mistaken about your sensitivity ...). You are…
