You are on the wrong website, then... Even IF, by your personal definition, a person ate "clean" but binged on fruit to the point of stalling progress, would you still want them if they complain about lack of progress purely because calorie counting doesn't matter and fruit is "clean"?

Sadly, there's no spot reduction. As you lose weight, fat is predisposed by genetics on where it comes off from. So, isolation exercises may work the area underneath but won't rid it of fat. I dunno, when I bulked I was sad I didn't have a notification for it but I could see that. Though, there's an option in settings to turn off announcement of weight loss, so plausibly one could do the same for gain.

Nope, there's no notification for weight gain. Weight gain might not be as bad as you think.
