I agree on the taste. I quit drinking diet coke and switched to another drink, I had a diet coke the other day and you're right it tastes yucky

Sometimes you will have to rely on yourself for encouragement and acknowledgement and if you need some encouragement there are plenty of people here who are equally as good as your friends only we're supportive here.

Stay on track today with calories and drinking enough water. I am so focused. I have class after work tonight until 9 and I am ready to be on task today.

Just knowing we are altogether down 207 is a great feeling and keeps me motivated to push forward. Never been so focused on this. It feels great!

Don't give up, you've done this before and perhaps there are just adjustments being made inside of your body that are simply not showing on the scale yet. Often times we measure our success by what number pops up on the scale. Do you feel good doing what your doing? I'll answer for you...ofcourse you do! Keep at it

Thanks everyone I will be looking into the spaghetti squash recipe. What I meant by my post was that compared to the previous amount of spaghetti I was putting in my bowl, 1/2 cup really seems like diddly squat. I can fit the 210 into my day just fine it was just the amount compared to what I was use to eating was little.…

I keep a 32oz bottle filled with water and just set a goal to try and fill it up 3 times a day.
