Weetabix is a whole grain wheat breakfast cereal, mainly carbs (low sugar) but it keeps me feeling full and is something for me to burn off. I tried eggs before a morning at work (very physical) nearly passed out later in the day....oops

I eat weatabix on the mornings I'm going to work or riding then eggs at lunch time which seems to work. When I was eating badly I'd always feel like an afternoon nap, these days I have far too much energy at times and get restless but sleeping at night now.

No I'm straight :-P

Depends on what you're used to, eating at about 630 is right for me. Any earlier and I want to pick later but any later and I get over hungry then wake up starving.

I've only had a couple of rushed liquid stools since starting my diet, now they are solid but not very often so maybe I'm changing slowly.

JD weatherspoons here have the calories on the menu, I enjoy grilled chicken breast burger and chips for 880 calories if out. It annoys my male friends if I start moaning about calories etc so I let myself go a little.

Exactly, I don't go over the top but if I go out I'm going to enjoy something tasty and slightly naughty that I don't cook at home. I'm viewing this as a life style change not a diet so will indulge a little. I'm not going the rest of my life not eating chocolate cake etc

Weighed myself this morning, binge was on Friday but was still 1100 calories under for that week x

My profile is set to lightly active, I only include riding and bike work as exercise as mucking out is just part of my job. I also do 60 squats, 20 crunches, 40 bicep curls, 40 tricep pull downs etc on days that I use my bike.

It feels as if it has stalled already but I am less than 4 weeks in, didn't really think it would need time to adjust. I lost 2 stone 3 years ago but then I didn't exercise as much.
