Hey Sarah! What helps me lose weight personally is when I eat high amounts of lean protein (like grilled chicken, Greek yogurt, protein shakes, egg whites) and fruits and veggies. Then I eat low amounts of complex carbs (like bread, rice, etc.). If I do eat complex carbs I eat them before 2:00pm. Another useful one is to…
