Hi my name is Sarah, I've been trying to lose weight on/off for the last couple of months.

I was just wondering if any of you guys had got any good tips that helps or works for keeping on track to losing weight please? Or do you have any good low calorie recipes that helps and are tasteful.

    Hey Sarah! What helps me lose weight personally is when I eat high amounts of lean protein (like grilled chicken, Greek yogurt, protein shakes, egg whites) and fruits and veggies. Then I eat low amounts of complex carbs (like bread, rice, etc.). If I do eat complex carbs I eat them before 2:00pm. Another useful one is to not eat three hours before you go to bed so you don't store it as fat while sleeping. :smile:
