I make tuna cakes just like a crab cake. Same seasonings~ old bay, chopped onion, chopped red pepper, bread crumbs(or crushed pork rinds for low carb) & mayo to bind these together with the tuna. Pan fry & serve with tartar sauce.

Turkey loaf!! It's like thanksgiving wrapped into a loaf. Mix the ground turkey with dry stuffing mix, chopped celery & onions, a beaten egg, milk or water to moisten & poultry seasoning, salt n pepper to taste. Bake like a typical meatloaf. So yummy!

Pretzel jello salad is a great recipe to switch to low carb. Use a 13x9 pan. The typical bottom layer is crushed pretzels with butter. I replace the pretzels with chopped walnuts. Thank you for the response. Yes, I've tried tracking my calories but I seem to respond better to tracking my carbs instead. I've just been in a place where I can't break past this number on the scale. It's discouraging. But I'm not giving up!! Maybe I need to find some other low carbers with some good recipes & tips!…
