Low carb, anyone?

I've been eating low carb for over a year now & I've lost 38 lbs. I've been at a stand still for 2 months & need some encouragement & wisdom!

Hi Kelly. Have you tried tracking your calories yet? You should start doing that if you haven't. You might discover that you just need to adjust how much you are eating. Don't forget to weigh everything.0

Thank you for the response. Yes, I've tried tracking my calories but I seem to respond better to tracking my carbs instead. I've just been in a place where I can't break past this number on the scale. It's discouraging. But I'm not giving up!! Maybe I need to find some other low carbers with some good recipes & tips!0

Been low carbing here too; 60 per meal. Like you I watch fat but not that that important. 6 months 35 lbs.0

If you're not losing it means you're not in a deficit, so eating too much protein and/or fat. Tracking all your food will give you a better indication of your total caloric intake so you can make adjustments.0 -
To lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. It really is that simple.
Since you're not losing weight, you're not in a deficit.
Measure your food, cut 50-100 cal/day, step up the exercise a bit. Doesn't have to be drastic.
Eating higher protein & lower carbs does lead to more weight loss.

Try 45% carbs, 20% fat, 35% protein to make sure you're within the healthy ranges for all the macros.
