Few suggestions: -lean meats (maybe grilled). -fat free dairy -low fat / low sodium snacks (crackers and protein bars) -healthy fats (almonds) -vegitables and fruits (fresh and steamed) -cut sodas and greasy snacks. Minimize unhealthy food, but if you have to, eat as little as possible -keep logging your food to keep track…
