I have just signed up for a 1 hour session with a trainer at our local wellness centre. Homemade meatloaf, stir-fry with onion, celery, carrots, broccoli, bok choy, orange bell pepper, garlic, italian seasoning and hoisin. Made mashed and gravy for the boys, and a blueberry buckle for dessert.

I agree. The calories of the product brands you use may change the outcome as well. Try to ensure that the one you choose when you are logging the recipe match as closely as possible to your actual ingredient label.

Happy 2015 everyone. I have started over, at age 53. I was on this site before and lost 54 pounds. Stopped logging and paying attention to my diet and now I am back with 30 of those 54 pounds to re-lose. Going to log every day - probably for the rest of my life :)

Sounds like me...lost 54 pounds and then quit logging. Back a year later with 30 of those pounds back (and they have all settled on hips and waist). I think logging everything is the only way I'll lose it again and keep it off.
