Every day is a new start. Don't beat yourself up. I myself have been eating horribly the past 2 days. But remember, 1 good day won't make you skinny, and 1 bad day won't make you fat!

You answered my question by saying "burning fat is revealing the muscle underneath" Basically I was asking, if it's normal for your body to become slimmer before you see muscle definition? What I got from your response is yes, I will slim down before seeing muscle gains. Am I correct?

I understand the spot reducing. I work on a body part a day. My legs is where I'm noticing the difference in size though. (Shoulders too :))

See! I didn't even know that... last week I could barely move bec I was so sore everywhere! And at that point... I had even gained 3 lbs! I do see the difference in my upper body... my shoulders have some (not much but I can see the difference) definition, my tummy is much flatter, and I'm a few pant sizes down!

I think frustrating is an understatement. I guess I have to also learn to be patient as well as disciplined.

That's where I'm sitting... between 163 to 161 ( as of today). Thank you, I thought for sure with my hard work I could keep up my 4 lb per week weightloss. Thank you for the motivation and tips/advice! My SW is 182, CW 161, GW is 120ish. (I'm 5'1)

My caloric intake is 1200 calories... I weigh my food. I've been stuck for a little over a week. I guess I'm expecting to lose just as much as I lost my first month. I lost 1 lb over the weekend but last month I lost 16 lbs.

I'm 25 looking to lose 50 - 60 lbs... I've lost 8 already so maybe more along the lines of 50 lbs. I'm super excited! I'm gonna need all the support I can get!
