@stillnot2late I definitely find myself craving more late at night, but I try not to give into those particular cravings because I am usually on the hunt for chocolate. I feel like I am always way above or way below. Its really hard for me to find that happy medium.

Its awful! One minute I am all for the healthy foods and working out, and then next thing you know its 3 months later and I find myself eating pizza twice a week and binge watching netflix! I really just want to make it a lifestyle change and not let a "cheat" day turn into a cheat month! We got this!
