What worked for me is to pre track my meals so I know exactly how my calories are going work for me today. It also means I get to see how many calories I have leftover for a small treat!

Can I ask how you did it? My goal is to lose that many this year but I’m not sure if I’m eating at a low enough calorie deficit. I’m including workouts as well, just not sure if it will be enough.

Amazing! Can I ask how many calories you eat a day? I’ve been stuck and wondering if I’m eating too few, or too many.

I’m down 71lbs without surgery...50lbs more to go! I know I can do it without going under the knife.

I lost 50 lbs without exercising. I’ve started exercising though because I hit a plateau.

Every time I go short I regret it and just end up growing it out again. I think most women either love it short and leave it, cut it and grow it it continually or just keep it long.

New here! My goal for August is to lose 3%. My MFP SW was 280 but got up to 290 at one point. August 1st weight was 213.8 Goal is to lose 6.4 lbs. [3%] As of last Friday I was down to 207.6 for a total of -6.2 lbs. I’m hoping to be down again by Friday when I track my weight, but I’ve been all over the place this week.…

Congratulations!!! You may want to get your iron levels checked. Being anemic can cause major fatigue. If I don’t take iron I’m so exhausted with zero energy.

I used to think about having weight loss surgery until I sat in the ER next to a girl in her 20’s who said she had so many stomach infections/issues and complications with her surgery that she had to go to the ER pretty much on a weekly basis.

Me! I started gaining with Freestyle so back to MFP and I’m so much happier. I just didn’t see the point of unlimited food for people who obviously can’t limit food on their own. I lost 50 lbs with the old plan too, so I wasn’t super excited about the change. They should’ve just made a separate plan for it IMO.

I quit WW’s after the latest change in points. I can’t see how not tracking so many foods is going to help me be successful. It’s sad too because I was really successful on the last program. Glad I had MFP to come back to.

Absolutely amazing results! I’m pretty sure I’ll need the same surgery once I hit my goal weight. I’m already sagging everywhere and I still have 100 lbs left to loose.

I've lost 50 lbs in the last year and a half taking breaks from counting my calories here and there. I set this goal hoping to speed this…
