This is my progress doing LCHF from about Jan 2015 to June 2015. I lost 60 lbs. Unfortunately I had a rough few months (death in family, job issues, holidays... list goes on and on) and I was eating emotionally. I gained about 20 lbs back. I am back at it now and feel great. Ready to get back to goal!!

I fit in a bridesmaid dress from 10 years ago.....before I had 2 kids. Never thought I would ever fit in it again :) I went shopping last Friday and couldn't believe I am a size 6 pants and actually bought a size small shirt...and of course some much needed "cute" bras.

Im having a bunless burger with oven baked zucchini sticks (parmesan and spices as a breading). Had a huge salad with tuna for lunch.

I got the Fitbit HR but only because it was my annual tax return present to myself lol. I really like it but I haven't tried any others previously.

I eat a big salad almost every day. Then I have some veggies (spinach, cauliflower, zucchini zoodles) with my dinner. Fruit, not so much, but I did make Popsicles w some strawberries.

I graduated today!! Took me a few weeks longer as the first 22 min run I repeated until I could do it straight. The last few 30 min runs have been great! Going to keep up the training. Looking forward to my first "registered" 5K on May 9th!!

I work out 6 times a week. Cardio and weights no problem.

Thanks for all the encouraging words. Well I DID IT!! I did week 7 day 1 with NO breaks for the 25 min run! I am super happy :) How is everyone's progress going??

I mix the salmon with some mayo, green onions and broccoli slaw mix. Its very filling!

I couldn't do it!! I had to take 2 breaks. Then I just continued on w program. Now just did week 6 day 3 and had to take 1 break at the 15 min mark. It is frustrating because I am not sore at all, it is my cardiovascular limit. I am 3 months quit smoking and have lost 30 lbs. This is a huge success, as I could barely jog…

I made some for the first time in my slow cooker. Grass fed beef soup bones, some garlic, onion, bay leaf and 1 carrot. 24 hours. Strained it. It was really good, just had to add a bit of salt.

I do a bit of both. Depending what we are having. Last night was tacos and I ate mine in lettuce leaves. I have two kids and they both have very different tastes.
