Idk about others but I have a lot more energy (and feel a lot more happier and healthier) since I went dairy and meat free.

:P 161 sm, starting weight 55 kg. current weight 46 kg , goal weight ? i don't give f about it anymore as long as muscle is more then fat and I like what I see in the mirror I don't care what the scale shows. My goals are sport orientated.

eat more fat dense foods like nuts,seeds, avocados and more starch foods also more bread.Just eat more and opt for strenght training and lifting.

We just don't want you to fall in that cycle of starvation,frustration,binging etc.

We are just telling you the truth.Take it as you want but diets are worthless if u are going to do it only for a short period of time ( couple weeks,months, days).After you end the diet you will go ton junk again.My suggestion is to take things slowly,no one is rushing you.You don't need to go 1000 cal deficit to lose…

Well of couse if it is bras,underwear,socks I won't buy it second hand duhhh it is disgusting but there is no problem with shirts or pants (but I don't think it is about underwear)

I am in :) (but my legs still hurt a little from yesturday 5 km run :( nvm ) I suggest that we make fb group where we can post pic of our progress or our runs.

Can't u just peel the banana, weight it , cut it and put it in lunch box (or make fruit salad with other fruits) ???

marathon of running....if u make it (and survive !!! ) u might burn that cal

If u are going to stop them be prepaired to be more hungry ( you can simply overcome that by eating more veggies and fruits and low fat foods, workout and occupy your attention with saomething else) and get a little irritable ( so try to stay away from ppl or thing that will annoy u ).
