Do you really trust them ? They probably pick all the leftovers from the floor and put it in your burger. The fun part is that you never know what u have in your burger ....dog tail ? snout ? hoof ? ...you never know...mmm tasty isn't it ?

if by "clean" you mean normal homemade meals without the junk...it is for me :) moderation never helped me because junk is junk no matter how you look at it , cholesterols is still cholesterol and fat is still fat (the flip side is cal from clean eating are still cal so don't overeat).This is my religion.

Do you mean 9-11 calories per lb net or + cal from workout ? Do I have to eat only 1160 cal (48kg )when I workout like 60-90 min a day (every day) ?

I have come to the conclussion that it is useless to talk with them about that because they will be always unhappy with my weight so better save my energy....

Both exercise and food (especially chips and nuts,also portion control) are weakness for me but MFP helps me a lot to overcome it also my self determination for success helps me.

Just ignore her,I am sure you can find way better friends that would be happy for you :) The most important thing is to stick with your goals,never give up and don't let anyone put u down :)

you can also try to drink Epsom salts ( not every day just when it is really bad !!! ) I have also heard that it is good to make enema once in a while.Also you can cut a little the salty foods (salt retains water).

Are you stressed or don't get enough sleep ? Do you drink enough water ? You can drink green tea it helps.

I am also a little ashamed to tell how much I weight. When I told my sis she told me that I am anorexic ....and before they told me that " I had fat " ( well it was true tho) :D but it is funny that no matter what I do there will be someone to tell me it is not right.

I am not I do my own.I do usually squats,one leg squat,clams,fire hydrant , something like the donkey kick except your leg is pointing the ceilling, I go something like the bridge but one leg is in the air.I usually do them intense and make break when am getting out of breath. How small ? I eat approx 1300-1400 cal per day and do calisthenics 1 h every day.
