Here,here :D (48 kilos,161 sm)I just don't know what am I doin wrong. I work with heavy weights (for me they are heavy, 10 kilo and 4) but maybe it takes time idk and more protein

Untile I got to 60 sm waist from 66 sm I lost weight from lot of places so there really isn't spot reduction only workout + cal def ( I am 1 kilo less now then I was on this pic ) I do calistenics with 4 kilo weight and 10 kilo (squats,crunches,arm workout,planks etc.)

So if you have lost weight and want to gain muscle you have to lift,but should you eat the cal from lifting ? How much should your deficit be ? ( I need to lose body fat % )

I was thinking that maybe my problem is not cal but macros. But if I increase cal I will probably increase workouts too.

Ok thank u :) The problem is that I don't want to be skinny fat if u know what I mean, I want to be lean, gain some muscle while losing fat. Can this happen ? Do I need to eat more protein ?

I am sorry but we aren't discussing mens preference here, we are discussing HEALTH men can like you super,super skinny, they can like you curvy too but someones preference doesn't equal health.

I would also judge BMI and current body fat %, like I am not fat (48 kilos, 161 sm) but my current body fat is 27 % so weight doesn't mean basically anything.

There where and still are those sweet,sweet Armenian cookies ( with no dairy or animal products) on the table and I so,so much wanted to eat them but I weight it and ate an apple instead. It still has sugar, but it is also no processed and has a lot of fibre and doesn't make me feel sick like eating junk food.I used to…

Idk how other ppl do it or how it is right, but personaly I wake up,drink coffee go to the bathroom, workout 1 hour and after approx 30-60 min eat. I feel that it is working out for me just great but for someone else something else might work.

There where peanuts on the table and I didn't even touch them and I love peanuts. Also I stop buying chips permanent since I saw it had whey in it ( I am vegan....talk about dedication :D ) Also sometimes my boyfriend buys some chocolate treats but I don't even touch them. I know it is not something big but it is for me .

OMG yes :D When I look at mine I ask to myself why no one told me I was looking so unhealthy and fat .I also look very unhappy on them :( Seeing your progress is the biggest motivation !
