Thank u so much :) But now I eat like approx. 1300 cal per day (and workout 1 h a day) so should I increase it slowly or fast. One last question, my bones kind of hurt is it because my weights are too heavy ( 4 kilo and 10 kilo ) or I should take Calcium supplaments ( I am vegan).

So here it says that I should eat 1721 cal to maintain, but I am afraid that if I go to maintain mode I will gain . How to gain muscle without fat ? (sry if the question is stupid).

I promise you seeing things on papper-black and white really helps. I love this app, it helped me lose a lot of weight ( 6sm from the waist for 30-40 days) :)

I have lost 5 kg for a 30-40 days so yeah it is working I guess :) Actually it is about u make it work.

Thank you :) But here says that I should eat 40 carbs, 30 protein and 30 fat can I do it when I don't cosume meat and dairy.

As I said before I don't know everything about this lifestyle but that doesn't mean that I don't want to support ppl who want to start.No one is perfect but you have to start from somewhere.Never mind, I don't even know why I am waisting my time it this discussion.

I don't understand.... am I the bad one just because I want to help others start this lifestyle to support them and not be like "You don't know this,you don't know that". That is why most ppl would not even consider veganism,because there is always someone who will judge.I though that this site was about support ?

Thick sole would help them not get wet.There are plenty of comfortable vegan options .

Well there are a lot of polyester and elastane options, just buy boots with thick sole.

It is not diet,it is lifestyle.I don't feel restricted by anything and don't have cravings for animal products....but yes you can make it restrictive and eat too little, but thats not the point. The point is to be healthy and help enviornment.
