For breakfast I usually eat "Haferflocken rolled oat flakes" I just boil them with water for 3-4 min 100 gr and eat them with somefruit (no milk) and maybe 1 tablespoon pine honey or put more water in them and blend them with bananas and dates or figs and coconat sugar.

I have been wondering the same thing myself but when I enter all my food and it is less then 1000 cal and enter that it is final MFP tells me that I eat below my needs so maybe you eat too little.

It depends what you eat. Carbs burn faster then fat so try to concentrate on simple carbs like fruits and veggies for protein : you can make chickpease, lentils,beans.

Sometimes when I buy chips for me and my boyfriend I eat mine (140 gr ) and then end up eating half of his :(.... and now I want chips and nuts :(

LOL soul mate :D When I used other app ,fat secrets, I wrote even the cal from sleeping but that didn't help :D But now when I use Myfitnesspal I only record the cal burn from exercise (running etc.)

Thank you all for the replies ! :) I am 163 sm and weight 50-51 kilos ( I say approx because my scale always fluctuates, my waist is 63 sm and I want to lose 3 sm ) how much cal should I eat ?
