My goal is to only drink alcohol at home one night a week - usually Sunday as my daughter usually doesn't work that night and I don't need to pick her up (good that I'm "forced" to be AF other nights). Also only to drink when I go out to dinner which is not that often - maybe once or twice in a month.

That equates to 9kg , so I guess roughly 1kg per week which is pretty realistic. So I'm in :)

40lb is 18kg and I want to lose 20kg (44lb) by January 2019 for my daughter's wedding.

I like this thread too :) My goal is to lose 20kg in five months (wedding in January) and have wondered if it's realistic. I'm logging my food, sticking to 1200 cals and upping my exercise.

8 pounds is roughly 4kg and my goal is to lose more than that in eight weeks as I need to lose 24kg. 25/4 94.4 kg
