Hi Pals I am on keto diet. I am going for high tea following weekend. Are their any ways I can have a tablet so I don't absorb the carbs?

    No.

Either eat the food or don't. If you arent doing keto to control a medical issue, why don't you just enjoy the occasion and eat the food?

I don't think obesity, or MFP, would have existed, if a tablet like that existed.

Well, you can have some tea, no sugar.

You can't have your cake and eat it.

"I'm vegetarian but will eat chicken" = not veggie
"I'm following the keto diet but will have white carbs" = not keto

Carb blockers don't exist, it's all marketing nonsense.

Following any diet can be trying. Cheat meals, not days, can be a life saver at times. Don't feel bad about it, enjoy it, just don't make it a habit. When you feel bad or guilty from a cheat meal, begins a slippery slope. You start saying things like "I've messed this week up so I'll start over Monday". Just enjoy it, don't over do it and get right back on it.
