Yeah people think im crazy too. This app and my fitbit. Show everyone that even mentions my weight loss. Haha even when a work mate eats something I pull out my phone and scan it for them haha. Knowledge is power.

Hi :) log log log.. I take photos of everything I eat and put them in album on Facebook. Small goals that you can keep to for a lifetime. Good luck.

So ive taken the next step. Upped my goal to 2lb a week, steps from 6500 to 7500, active mins from 15 to 20 min and also biking non-stop for 10 mins each day... feel free to add me :) here to be supported and supportive.

These are my fur babies. I walk my younger pup, but she is such a pain in the car so I dont do the big walks with her as much as I should.

How much water are you drinking? Do you plan your meals in advance?

Mind set.. change it!!! Have a reason why you are doing this. Log log log even when you have had a bad meal, day or week. Keep logging. Week one... drink the required water, week two.. drink water and add steps into it, week three.. water, steps, make one change a day. Dont make it a diet!!! Make it a lifestyle change then…

Set some short term goals and then reassess. I've put a target at where I feel I would be comfortable. I've never been small so no point putting in unrealistic goals.
