I'm 1lb away from being 179lbs...i've only been 179lbs twice in the last 8 years and have never managed to get below it, so my mini goal is to finally break that milestone

My weight has been fluctuating for the past month so I started working out daily to try and see some progress, but I only lost 1lb on my weigh in so ive been disheartened...But then today i've tried on a top that was tight and unwearable a few months ago and it fits fine now! Must have lost some inches :smiley:
