So why is your bowel movements stopping you from weighing yourself. I daresay that many of us have one in the chamber when we weigh ourselves. Also, go to a doctor and get that looked at.

Yes, I have the moment when I am in a class doing aerobics or similar. I feel like I'm in the zone and getting all the moves right. THEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR and it looks like an octopus is dying in pain. It does get a bit better.

I eat between 1600 to 1700 generally with only walking as my exercise. Can't function on less.

Sometimes I walk the long way around to buy butter and milk. It is a 7km loop that way. Burns of lots of calories and keeps me relaxed.

Agreed. I love being a woman and wouldn't change if for the world. Today is International Womens Day and we should be celebrating who we are instead of making PMS jokes which is a way of making women feel like crap about their bodies but done by both genders.

I was a full on sugar junkie as well but just trained myself to crave Bananas or Dates instead. Still sugar but at least it has some nutritional value. I do still love Chocolate and Icecream. In over 60 days, I hadn't had a real icecream until last night. Weird though was that it wast just okay instead of awesome.

Artificial sweetners can taste bitter or odd to some people and sweet and lovely to others. Diet Coke is a good example of this. Stevia tastes like crap to me personally but my housemate loves it.

Mmmm. Last time around I got down to 47.5kg which is still within the healthy weight range for my height. However my ribs were poking out and my periods had stopped.

Hmmm. I walked 13kms yesterday via the Fitbit but most of the time I am sedentary. I think I will stick with that setting anyway.

MFP has predicted that I will burn 2500 calories today (including BMR / TDEE) just from me going to work (I'm a cleaner so I walk lots) plus doing some grocery shopping. Love those days. No need to exercise specifically when you are burning that many calories. Not eating those calories back either.
