Egg Farts
Does anyone else get really bad farts after they eat eggs ? I'm fine with all other foods including Baked Beans but this morning was really rough. Any suggestions on how to combat this besides giving up eggs ?

Daylight Savings, Calories and Fitbit
So it is daylight saving in some states in Victoria (it is the one where we set the clock back an hour). So does that mean in terms of Fitbit calories, it is over 25 hours instead of 24 ?

Odd side effect of losing weight / eating better

What level of activity should I use ? (sedentary lightly active active very active)
Can anyone clarify that level of activity I should be using ? At the moment I'm not going to the gym (next week I swear) but I am also walking over 10 km / 6 miles per day as a minimum. I'm unemployed / student for the most part so there is always going to be periods of doing not much. So am I sedentary or lightly active ?…

Gel for Heart Rate Monitor
I have a Polar F4 which I want to start using again. Problem is that my skin always has issues with reading the chest strap even with sweat. I was thinking about getting some conductive gel but is there anything else that people know work besides sweat or licking the electrodes (turns out that is a thing) ?
