Oh no !!! That amount you are eating is more a slimmer woman to lose weight. You need to eat lots more than that. Please check you minimums again. You are doing damage to your body.
-
Just a quick tip. Don't set your goal at 2lbs per week. It is very hard to do and you will be dissapointed when you don't lose that, and end up quitting. Set your goal for a more realistic 1lb.

Its not working again
-
I'm sure there is a sack, back and crack special that would include fixing this lol
-
Also don't use your height as an excuse. There are LOTS of us (including me at 5'2) who are small. I'm horrified by what you are doing to your body. What do you think will happen when you reach your goal weight ? You won't know how to eat like a normal person. The whole point of dieting is to lose weight and to retrain…

Also, when you are eating so low, while you will gain some muscle, you won't reach your potential strength wise. You will get newbie gains and that is all.
-
So are you or are you not eating back your exercise calories. Your original post says you are not but you say here that you are.
-
Yes, you feel fine NOW. But I guarantee that you won't be able to keep this up long term. Your body has reserves but eventually that will run out. You will start getting every flu that goes around, feel dizzy and sick for no reasons and be unable to exercise. I am begging you to eat more. You are endangering your health.

Ok. Is everyone here not reading her post. Her calories are way too low. She is going to bring harm to herself and everyone here is encouraging it ?????
-
Ok. I'm not sure if anyone else has pointed out this to you, but you are doing damage to your body by only eating 1200 calories and not eating your exercise calories back. How to you expect to keep this up when you might only have a NET calorie intake of perhaps 800 (I don't know how much you exercise so just pulled a…

No solution except waiting. It is syncing at the Fitbit end. The problem is between Fitbit and MFP. I'm having the same issue. Try again later. We are all having issues.

You have 900 grams extra. So what ??? Weight goes up and down all the time even when you diet.
-
Had you gone to the bathroom beforehand ? Had you already eaten ? Did you have a big meal in the evening ? Was there lots of salt in it ?
-
No, your NET calories need to be at least 1500 a day, not your GROSS. Eat more exercise calories back. Men simply need to eat more calories because of their mass and you are eating like a female trying to lose weight fast. You are doing damage to your body. You won't notice it now but you are going to feel worse and worse…

Also, do the boiled shrimp mentioned at 480 calories have tails on or off and the same for what is in the package
-
However you were also discussing frozen shrimp as what you purchased
-
Yes you said that in your original post I think
-
Also one pound in the package is frozen and you haven't said if the one you looked up was boiled. fried, fresh etc
-
Go buy what is on the package for things you buy in a package as they are processed and tested for nutritional value. If you are just buying shrimp say from a market then use the value in the database.
-
Perhaps go back and check your settings again
-
You can add your own foods
-
Have you synced it up between Fitbit and myfitnesspal ?
-
Yes mine is the same. I will try again later.
-
Why not drink milk with coffee ? Has heaps of vitamins and nutrients in it and tastes good.
-
Iron Replacement tablet have some side effects. Constipation and it turning out BLACK when it arrives !!!
-
Some breads have lots of iron in them. Worth looking into. Even the cheap ones etc
-
Dandelion Tea worked for me. Also Caro, if you can get it. Both are caffiene free

I look at it like a form of grief in a way. The old person what I actually really liked, has gone and who is new stranger in front of me, who likes to try new things and wear smaller clothes and who has confidence that is all brand new. Does that make any sense ?
-
As a human being, it is easier to stay where we are and keep "safe" rather than set ourselves up for the next new thing and possibly fail.

This is a really common way of thinking. When you look in the mirror, you are not looking at the person you think you are. That is just what is on the outside. But the changes on the inside are the hardest part to deal with. People have in idea of where they want to be but what happens when you get there ? Working hard…
