Odd side effect of losing weight / eating better

Since I have been eating better this year, my eyebrows have stopped growing as quick and so had the hair on my head. Has anyone else noticed this ?

Nope--but that can be a sign of thyroid issues or other medical problems.
I've noticed that just trying to go from 5 fruits & veggies to 10 a day (mostly veggies) has made a huge difference in my nails and hair. All of the sudden my hair is growing much faster and my nails are a lot thicker.0 -

You are in essence netting ~1000-1200 calories if we assume that your fitbit adjustment is double the actual burn. If it's accurate for your burns then you're netting less than 1000 calories.

I am eating around 1400 to 1500 calories a day but my exercise is just walking at this point so I am not eating the calories back. I am not undereating at all. There are a few days where my diary is a bit weird because we went out for dinner and the day was a write off. I actually eat lots and have a good handle on the food situation.0 -
On average the overall burn for the day via Fitbit is around 2400 including TDEE and exercise.0
