I just started training with low bar. Was a learning curve and getting used to time period but I kinda actually feel like I can lift a bit more with it than high bar.

Oatmeal with cinnamon and brown sugar, oh yeah and a Apple Fritter, which I have on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's when I lift extra heavy. People look at me weird but it's delicious.

I'm in the same boat. I've also gotten the same advice of staying the course. Im going on probably almost 3 weeks of no significant change. I've actually upped my calories because I felt maybe it was too low and I wasn't getting the energy I needed to put effort in my workouts. Also switched to trying to keep my carbs…

I've been trying the "not eat back your calories you've burned" method but then if you don't come within 300 calories eaten of your total, MFP says you're not eating enough.

I've also found myself in a very similiar position. I've been told by folks who I've inquired about this problem to be patient and keep pushing on. It'll start up again. I did seem to burn out some extra calories after my cheat meal this past weekend. Sometimes the cheat meal shocks the body into burning more calories off…
