Is there anyone that is familiar with carb cycling and if so, what are some different ways to go about it? What has worked for you, others that you may know of?

Calorie Calculation
It is just me or does the calories calculation for My Fitness Pal seem off. I don't think that my 20 minutes of jope rope burned 237 calories. Did my hour and a half of pick up basketball games actually get rid of 700 calories? Anyone else thinking this?
