  • I think its more the sugar than anything else, and relying on that to get me through the day. There is also an large element of mindless eating. I have acknowledged that I will just sit and put food in my mouth without thinking
  • It's milk chocolate that I normally crave. Dark chocolate I have heard in moderation is good. Moderation is not my strong point

  • I've got Rhuematoid athritis, possibly fibro, hypothyroidism and am always anaemic. Add in a small child I keep starting and then just not having the energy to continue, or remember to take my thyroxine, but i really need to do this, I've *only* got 16kg but that number keeps going up
  • I've got a bit more to go than you, im 166lbs and first goal is 150lbs, with aim of 130lbs, although id be happy with 140lbs at this stage! My LO is 8 months, breast feeding, and really struggle with lack of sleep hence now being 6kg heavier than 6 weeks after i had her!

  • Following, my little girl is younger, but when my daily steps hit 78 for the day i had to do something. i can at least stick her in the pram for a nap and walk, sometimes, but only managing to walk so far. I've just cancelled my gym membership as there is no creche. Have you got a jump rope you can use in those ten minutes?
