I might have to try this tea. It sounds delicious! I love fresh ginger. I made pork chops in a ginger pear reduction once. I use fresh ginger a lot for my Asian meals. Love it!

I absolutely loathe the hex bar. I'm weird, but it makes me feel confined. I will try my gloves next week and invest in a pair of wraps.

Thanks! Our gym has chalk, but they want you to seriously clean up after using it. So, I avoid it. I might give it a try next week and see if I like it. I have deadlifts tomorrow. I might use it then.

That looks like an upside down row, and why on earth would anyone do that? I'm in agreement with others in that it probably won't work the muscles that you want to target. You could probably find a used squat rack for sale on Craigslist or buy a new one for not too much through Walmart. It would definitely be worthwhile.

I have to really focus on my reaching when running. So, I breathe in through my nose for a count of 3 or 4 and slowly blow out through my mouth for a count of 3 or 4. It helps keep me in rhythm and keeps me focused on my breathing. Also keeps my breathing slow and steady.

I have had this problem. Have you ever tried a Glide stick? It goes on like deodorant in the areas where you chaff, and it helps those areas slide over one another instead of creating friction. It can sometime help with the shorts riding up.

I usually eat cold, leftover diced chicken with some type of raw vegetable, and either a slice of bread or a piece of fruit. Whatever you like, really. Walmart carries these Bistro salads that are under 300 calories and a tasty and filling lunch. My favorite is the Caesar salad.

I couldn't imagine not being able to wear tank tops in the gym. Just seems uncomfortable. Sometimes I do wear a long-sleeved shirt if it's cold and a leg day, but my tank top is on under it.

Your dog probably has an ear infection. My dog gets them all the time. I get Zymox Otic with hydrocortisone from amazon and use it once a day for a week or two to clear it up. It's OTC and works really well! My vet recommended it. Sorry to hijack the thread. I love animals. :)
