I usually wear pants because it's "winter" where I live. I wear shorts when it's hot, though. My favorite are these Under Armor shorts I got from Dicks Sporting Goods. Style # 1286150. I also have thicker thighs, and these are really comfortable without cutting into my legs or really riding up my hindend.

Watermelon is awful. I hated that one, but some of the others are really good. Pineapple and blackberry kind of have a sweet aftertaste and not that floral taste that Watermelon leaves behind.

I just grabbed pineapple today! It's awesome! They now have caffeine-infused water. I grabbed apple pear and lemon cayenne as well in that one. The lemon cayenne is really good! It's got the water with a bit of lemon and then the spiciness of the cayenne without messing with the flavor. So good!!!

My husband and I workout together. I have recently lost 43 lbs. I want to build muscle and get stronger. I also wouldn't mind sculpting what is there to look better.

The chocolate ones are 60 calories, and they are so delicious with some Sunbutter spread on! Great snack for a chocolate craving. I also like vanilla Greek oikos with a scoop of Ovaltine. I'm weird. I know. LoO

Someone mentioned shrimp. Oh yes. I can pile those on. Probably one of the most awesome seafood proteins to me because I can eat so many of them without piling on calories. Next best thing for me is grilled chicken or a grass fed NY strip.

Exercise does affect cycles for some. Mine has finally gotten regular and now that I have started lifting, it's shorter and lighter than it used to be. It happens.

Because there were multiple people waiting on the equipment. Not just us. It was absolutely obvious that people needed to use it. It wasn't like there were 3 people in the gym, and we kept silent. The gym was in full swing with 20 people in the weight room, and at least 6 of them waiting on the bench press.

I haven't found a good way, yet. Ugh. I want to like them. I really do, but I can't get them the right consistency. I finally gave up and just went back to sautéing sliced zucchini and putting my chicken and marinara over that. Lol Following to get some ideas.

We did our best to work around and wait, but it's just inconsiderate honestly. When the gym is that packed, you shouldn't spend that much time, sitting on a bench, especially if people are waiting.
