  • I am over eggs too. I usually have an egg with reduced fat cheese on a slice of double fiber wheat toast that was smeared with a quarter avocado and topped with pico de gallo. I also drink 1 of the 12 ounces Power Yogurt mocha double espresso drinks with it. Those babies have 21g of protein and are awesome! Wheb I don't…
  • For the pumpkin people - Thomas has limited edition pumpkin spice bagels out. They smell heavenly. I think they have little dots of pumpkin in them and a swirl of pumpkin spice throughout.
  • 5'3". Started in June at 202.8 lbs. I'm down to 172 as of today and still losing!
  • Shoot. I only gave up coffee because of the fat and calories in my creamer...and the massive reflux I got. Then, I found those Powerful Yogurt mocha double espresso drinks. Love them! Tastes like one of those Starbucks Frappuccinos in the store, has 170 MG caffeine and 2q g protein per 12 ounces. So yummy! Plus, no…
  • What is this? Is it like a yogurt? I am now curious and want to try it.
  • They have pumpkin spice and mint chocolate in the Think thin? I only got the bites. PB is pretty good. Salted caramel is okay. The chocolate almond brownie is meh. They are all, like you said, a bit dry and waxy....but at least it's protein. My husband didn't like the honey BBQ almond kind bar. He said the first 3 bites…
  • Their drinks are awesome! I especially like the mocha double shot espresso. Helps my caffiene/coffee cravings...and it's cheaper than Starbucks. Lol
  • Powerful Yogurt is awesome and packs 21g of protein. They make tasty drinks that I like. Their yogurt is a bit thick for me, but it might work for your smoothies. You can also buy powdered peanut butter to add protein without adding a ton of calories. I also have Think Thin protein bites as a snack sometimes. Lenny &…
  • To come off this freaking 2-week Plateau. Grrrr!!!!
  • My husband and I completed a trifecta last year. My first, his second. We were going to this year, but he had to have hip surgery. We are hoping to do it again next year!
  • That would be nearly impossible for me without hitting starvation mode. I take in 1100-1300 calories a day. I think I might have to amp up my exercise.
  • I just bought these ThinkThin protein bites. 170 calories for 8 pieces. 12g protein. I tried the salted caramel. Not bad. They are quite soft, but they help with candy/chocolate cravings. I also picked up the Chocolate almond brownie ones and the PB ones. Also found some Kind Strong bars. Honey smoked BBQ almond protein…
  • This is so me. I stumbled onto this thread, but it's what I'm going through. 1-3 lb increase in a day. Stalled weight loss. Bloating, migraine, cramps, irritability, and exhaustion. I'm also ovulating today. Unfortunately, I am in the high risk age for being on the pill. It really sucks.
  • Does it also have chicken on it? It looks tasty!
  • I am 35 years old, and a SAHM to 3 kids. I have lost 28 lbs in the past 3 months. I have stalled this week, which is driving me crazy, but I'm still plugging along. I have about 35 lbs left to lose. Feel free to add me. I like walking and using my Sworkit app for exercise. Hoping to start hitting the gym when we move in…
  • That's me. Lol I mowed grass, went for a walk, and worked my core today. Legs are feeling better, thankfully. Still sore, but useful and tolerable. Nothing like what I felt last night and this morning.
  • I don't see it on my phone.
  • This is a bittersweet post for me. We have a sweet 10 year old GSD, who loves our walks and used to go running with me in the mornings. Sadly, she is now reaching the point where she gets stiff and sore following long walks, so we are having to walk less with her. She's not happy about it. Had to start a daoly cosequin…
  • What is "foam rolling?" My quads, both the top and sides of them, are killing me. They keep locking up when I walk. Hopefully, that will stop after today. I really appreciate all the advice. I'm going to go have a hot soak when the kids nap. I went for a walk this morning, which helped a little. Decided to rest today and…
  • I loved the bhakti Chai! Did you stir it up? The one I had tasted spicy like Chai does. It's one of my favorites. It's a subtle flavor, though.
  • I tried the pumpkin spice Chobani yesterday. Not my favorite....at all.
  • Someone to complete my discussion for me for my psyc class. I am swamped today.
  • Yes. To all of this. When my hormones are raging, I can quickly turn into a hangry, eating machine. I eat 5 times a day everyday. Small, filling meals and snacks. I also enjoy one square of Ghirardelli sea salt soiree when I am craving chocolate. :) I also take a magnesium supplement, which has helped. You will get there.…
  • My kids like it with coconut oil, berries or bananas, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a little brown sugar....or chocolate chips. Then, they have a lityle milk poured over it like hot cereal. Personally, I gag on oatmeal. I hate it, except in cookies. I found baked oatmeal to be a LOT tastier than the ploppy goop my kids…
  • Pumpkin tastes like squash, which is what it is. I'm betting you could sub acorn or butternut squash in pie and it would taste about the same. On the other hand, sweet potato pie taste just like pumpkin pie, in my opinion. I guess I kinda agree. It's really the spices as opposed to the pumpkin that gives it real flavor.
  • I'm relatively new to the protein shakes. I found Powerful Yogurt drinks at the store recently. 160-170 calories with 20 g of protein in them. They don't taste like yogurt and are pretty good. Maybe that could help?
  • Yep. I have read research that said it can take a woman's body up to 3 years to recover from having a baby. What part of your body are you trying to tone? If it is your abs, you might want to make sure you don't have diastasis recti before doing any ab workouts. You have to fix that before you can really work your abs.…
  • I eat 1100-1300 calories a day. I eat 5x a day. I also walk 4-5 miles a day, and I do light workouts almost daily with my Sworkit app. I'm hoping hubby gets me a squat rack for Christmas. :D

  • Someone needs to kick Dairy right in the mammaries. I almost said testicles, but since that's not where dairy comes from...
  • I just went to Walmart to get my Noosa fix (Holy wow! That's alotta yoghurt, Batman!), and I found these Powerful Yogurt drinks in the dairy case. I bought one of each flavor (Double Espresso, chocolate, vanilla, and coconut). I had the Espresso one on the way home. I'm buzzing on caffeine. 135mg caffeine, 20g protein, 170…
