And that's why I go for Lenny and Larry's. 180-190 for half a giant vegan cookie and 8g of protein. Makes me feel less guilty about indulging. However, have a cookie if you want one. It's the holidays, and just ONE cookie isn't going to seriously derail your progress.

My husband and I are getting fit together. He is happy now that I am happier and more confident. We have so much fun when we are doing things together, now. So, I think losing weight and getting fit has drawn us closer and made our marriage better.

I'm quoting myself to say - Oscar Meyer fully cooked thick-cut bacon is 60 calories for 2 slices. Pop it in the microwave for 20 seconds, and TA DA, crispy tasty bacon....without all the guilt and popping grease.

It's not that my goals have drastically changed. I'm still wanting to lose weight, but I also need to build muscle, which will also help burn fat. I will bring it up when I go for my appt next week. I just don't want to sabotage everything.

Truth be told, I had no muscle definition before losing weight. Then, I lost weight and was "skinny fat." Now, I want to build my muscles and tone up. Is it all for naught while losing weight?

Depending on the bacon, I have found some regular bacon with just about the same calories as turkey bacon.
