Good for you! I don't have MS but my sister does. She practices the Swank diet and is in full remission. Lots of rest and great food seems to drastically help slow the progression.

Happy Herbivore cookbooks are great. Learn to season your food, and learn that a plate doesn't need to have meat :smiley: While I eat fish, I don't eat other meats, and a lot of foods I make, are good enough no one even notices. I even make an amazing mushroom gravy.

I started on the 1st too, and this is the best I have felt in a long, long time. I love how much better food is tasting now that I'm not expecting to eat sugar laden everything.

I have known for years I can eat a piece of chocolate on it's own, ,and I'll be fine, I eat a slice of cake and I can easily eat the entire cake.
