Hey I'm on level 2 of ripped in 30 :D

I wasn't telling people I was trying to help them if they feel the need to weigh themselves constantly the scales cannot measure happiness or the achievement you've just felt running up the stairs you use to struggle with or getting through your exercise DVD without stopping you shouldn't let the number on the scales deter…

Ye it made me give up due to not losing any weight !! It takes time and the scale can't weigh your happiness or pride of getting off your bum and doing exercise !! X

Hey I've got to that point where I've never weighed. As much as I currently do and starting tomorrow gonna start JM ripped in 30 and start eating loss and stopping boredom eating xxx

I'm just gonna keep trying so starting the 2nd I.e tomorrow I'm gonna start Ripped in 30 with a day or two break in ready was for my friends birthday on the 9 th of July might only get 5 pounds off but it's 5 pounds off !! Xx

What I meant was I do breathe but inhaling and exhaling at a different rate to the 30 day shred DVD lol I just wanted to make sure that breathing my way was ok and it wasn't going to help me tone up better doing it a cetain way :)

Hey I'm 5ft :smile: and think I currently at 108 looking to be 102 :D I hope so anyway my ultimate goal is 98 but hmmm I doubt it highly xxxx

Ye definitely that's what I'm worried about working so hard and not getting results then keep on trying to lose then I'm just ill

Haha thank you although I do let my legs relax and grab the fat and wobble it and it does carry on but I'm just getting some pennies then I can buy an exercise bike and currently doing a 30 day fitness challenge a bikini one so hopefully :D xxx
