Good morning all my new friends... Happy Friday!!! It's going to be a good day. Just had a healthy breakfast and fill of energy. Pretty nice day here in Wisconsin. Think I'll go for a walk it's 29 degrees here today. Warmer than it has been. I also have a massage scheduled for this afternoon. Lucky me!!!! 😁😙

Yes . .. I'm going through a tough time now. Lost 30 lbs last year and gained 35 back. I'm so bummed. I look and feel awful. Decided to get back on the wagon today.

I do the same. Start out strong but the end of the day I binge eat. Been doing better with that the last few months. But would be nice to have support.
