40 lost, 40 to go!

I am a 58 year old professional woman. I learned I had Type 2 Diabetes 4 years ago. 9 months ago I got serious about weight loss and have lost 42 pounds. I am still Obese and need to loose about 40 more. I workout at least 4 times a week but struggle with the right food choices. I am kind of in a holding pattern and want to continue to get fit! I thought this tracking would be motivational. I am really enjoying my new found freedoms with my weight loss, but don't want to stop, or fall back! Anyone in a similar situation?
