Love it! I try to do 10-15 body weight squats every time I use the restroom! (I drink a TON of water). Edit to add I was already at 100 when I posted this)

This is my 26th day! Fourth weekend in a row coming up. The future hubs wants to take it to the end of February! I can do it! (maybe.. )

<<<< June 6 2015! My profile pic is my wedding gown. It fit when I bought it, but stupidly gained weight since. I am determined to lose another 18 pounds by the beginning of April (when fittings begin).

Still alcohol free! 23 days and counting. This continues to be a world record for me

Still alcohol free! This is Day 19, going into my third weekend alcohol free. Whew! This is definitely unchartered territory for me. I can honestly say I have no idea when the last time I went this long in between having a drink.

I use a HRM and do 3 or 4 miles. I can get anywhere from 3 - 450 calories depending on how hard or easy I push myself. I also use 2 pound hand weights when I do her DVDs.

I have one more pound to go! Pope - I'm 38, barely reach 5'5 height-wise, and I'm a size 12/14. Doing very low carb (under 20 a day) and staying away from alcohol. I try to exercise everyday - mostly cardio but am starting to introduce light weight/resistance training.

Still alcohol free! I have my moments when I really (and I mean REALLY, REALLY, REALLY) want a drink, but didn't. I've had two booze free weekends (and 16 days altogether), and am going for my 3rd this weekend.

I'm in a 30 day no alcohol challenge so I'm in for this. This is actually my 11th day alcohol free. I just had to face facts that I simply can not lose weight when I drink.
