    Love it! I try to do 10-15 body weight squats every time I use the restroom! (I drink a TON of water). Edit to add I was already at 100 when I posted this)

    Today's my rest day for the squat challenge but I'll do them tomorrow. Like @squeekecho262 I'll find an alternative squat to do. Any suggestions @Tetesandra?

    I did my extra's as plié squats. Focuses more on the inner part of the legs :)
    U can look up frog jump squats or just frog squats. See how that goes for u @freakymistkd :P

    So I did 130 (50+50+30) as day 13 of the squat challenge.
    For this challenge I did 75 (50+25) Plie' squats and 75 (25+15+10+10+10+5) frog squats. Holy s##t the frog squats are so hard. My legs are like shaky jelly. Thanks @squeekecho262 :wink:

    Sorry I actually took over these challenges from another member to keep people motivated but I am not a fitness instructor so I cannot help with this.
