  • does the treadmill incline? crank that sucker up, if so. just don't walk too fast. go to any gym and you'll see a dozen people ruining their backs with terrible incline walking technique
  • don't bite my head off but SUGAR. a teaspoon is only 15 calories. very satisfying tastewise and psychologically if you sprinkle some on fruit/whatever else you want or in your hot beverage of choice. makes you realize how much sugar is packed into so many of our foods... because a little can go a long way.
  • i do the same thing. the one thing most of us on here have in common is we love to eat. sucks to gain the weight back but there are worse things to be addicted to :) i fell off the wagon big time the past few months (up 17 lbs) and am looking to get back on track myself. stay strong.

  • yes you are still in a defecit. myfitnesspal even says "you earned x amount of extra calories today due to exercise".
  • also make sure you dont cut the slices too thick or it'll be raw, too thin and it'll burn.
