Best advice for what I've done, log everything. I kept my calories low, lots of protein, little fat. I tried to exercise at least an hour a day, but any little bit helps. I learned that fitness pal really helps as long as I stay under my calorie goal and nutrition wise stayed out of the red I was consistently losing 2-3…
