63 lbs down!
I started this year with a 75 lb weight loss goal. I weighed 316 lbs at 5'8". I thought it was impossible. I had lost that much weight in the past but I just didn't see it happening. Lasagna Rollups
My mother-in-law made this last weekend and gave me the recipe. These are delicious and so filling! If you want to reduce calories and fat further you can substitute ff cottage cheese and reduced fat parmesan. Pairs really well with salad. Great source of protein as well. :)

Still have the feeling of failure...

hitting a plateau
