My mother-in-law made this last weekend and gave me the recipe. These are delicious and so filling! If you want to reduce calories and fat further you can substitute ff cottage cheese and reduced fat parmesan. Pairs really well with salad. Great source of protein as well. :)

I love lasagna rolls but mine are meatless to keep calories down. My recipe makes 10 servings (one roll) and it's only 197 calories per serving plus only 380mg of sodium. I keep a close eye on sodium so I tweaked the recipe to meet those needs. My boyfriend loves them and he's not dieting or trying to lose weight.

You can do ricotta and spinach filling for them too. I would never substitute cottage cheese for ricotta but I am Italian. My grandmother would climb out of her grave and hit me.

And the macros are similar so I don't really get it either...
